Westbrook Creek Farm
66 ACRES - Courtland - Panola County
Welcome to Westbrook Creek Farm! This unique, pristine property is located in the Eureka Community on the corner of Westbrook Road and James Crouch Road. With manicured fields, food plots, and beautiful hardwoods, it's an ideal horse or cattle farm with fantastic deer and turkey hunting, too. We saw turkeys while on the property, and there are deer signs everywhere. A beautiful creek runs right through, and there's also a small pond, adding appeal for the wildlife and an opportunity for future fishing. Original barbed-wire fencing surrounds the property, but would need repair for livestock, and there's a picturesque barn for your horses. TVEPA is the electricity provider, and fiber optic internet is available through TVI-Fiber. Community water is available in the area through the Lovejoy Water Association. Garbage pickup is
with the Panola County Solid Waste.
