130 ACRES - Panola County - West of Como
Deer, Turkeys, Fish, & Timber!
This diverse tract is on the south side of Tate-Panola Road and has a little bit of everything. It's located west of Como with paved frontage, less than 15 minutes from I-55 and award-winning restaurants in Downtown Como. Enjoy deer, turkey, and small game hunting, and go fishing in your private pond. Butterbowl Creek runs through the property and along the western boundary, and the pond is situated right in the middle of the property, with beautiful potential cabin site spots. The timber consists of 40 acres of mature hardwoods, 20 acres of 30+ year-old pines, and over 30 acres of 17-year-old pines. There are several large food plots for wildlife that would also make great set-ups for dove fields.
Water service in the area is provided by North Panola Water District, and electricity is available through TVEPA. Fiber optic internet is also available in this through TVI-Fiber.
