139 Deer Alley Drive - Batesville
3BR 2BA - 1615 Sq. Ft.
The perfect little getaway for lake-lovers just 10 minutes from the Sardis Lake Marina & 20 minutes from Ole Miss! Located between Batesville & Oxford on a wooded corner lot, this property has a circle drive, detached double garage, two storage buildings, an above-ground saltwater pool, an enclosed front porch, and a small private pond! Built in 2013, the home has a split, open floor plan, a walk-in pantry, a separate laundry room, a master suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and both guest bedrooms have their own walk-in closets. The home is all electric with central heat and air, but there's also a large pellet heater that greatly reduces the electricity expense in the cooler months. Besides the lake life, you can enjoy hiking and hunting on thousands of acres of public land! Grab your gear, step out your door, and you'll be less than 300 yards to the beautiful Corps of Engineers property! The home has a private well, a private septic tank, electricity with TVEPA, and fiber optic internet with AT&T. Fiber optic internet is also available there through TVI-Fiber. The roof is 8 years old, and the central HVAC system is 9 years old. The electricity bill averages less than $140 a month, and the annual taxes are about $500. Also, the security system is not included, but may possibly be negotiated separately.
