All homes must be wood or brick construction, and house plans must be approved by the seller. (No metal homes allowed.) Homes must have a minimum of 2300 heated/cooled square feet. City water is available, but septic systems will have to be installed. Horses are only allowed if an additional adjoining 5-AC lot is purchased, too. Driveways may be gravel, limestone, crushed concrete, paved, or concrete. Propane tanks must be either buried or have a wooden screen built to camouflage them, although city gas will soon be available, too. TVEPA fiber optic internet will be available.
Driving Directions: From Batesville, go east on Hwy 6. Cross the highway to turn north beside the Crappie Depot onto Mill Cross Road. Turn left onto Brewer Road and lot 10 will be on the left.
