375 ACRES - Tallahatchie County
81 Cascilla Road - Cascilla, MS
Welcome to Cascilla Ridge, 375 acres of delta bluff wildlife sanctuary!
Located south of Charleston, this hunting property features a ten-acre lake, several food plots, mature hardwoods, and road frontage on Cascilla and Pressgrove Roads. There's also an old gravel pit that created a second smaller lake, which helps hold wildlife on the property all year round. 81 Cascilla Road has an existing older home with all utilities in place, and there's a second house site further down Cascilla Road that also has community water and electricity established. Enjoy year-round hunting and fishing loaded with deer, turkeys, squirrels, and a few wild hogs, too. Fiber internet is available through TVI-Fiber, so you'll be able to have top-speed internet right at your camp. Watch amazing delta sunsets from the ridge on the southwest corner, and then take a short drive to 3-Way Restaurant to enjoy a delicious dinner after your hunt! Got a private plane? You're in luck -- the Charleston Municipal Airport is just a ten-minute drive from the property, too.
