83 AC - Prentiss County
Booneville City Limits Big Price Drop! $150,000 Probably best utilized as a split tract with the deep drainage ditch dividing it, this property is located in the Booneville City Limits with all utilities available. It has residential zoning, but adjoins and neighbors some commercial properties, too. The western portion has frontage on Jacinto Road and also on Howser Avenue with an old house site on Howser.
The northernmost corner on Jacinto has about 380 feet of frontage, and it could make one large residential site or a few small ones that border city property. The City of Booneville has an easement on the road that comes in from Jacinto Road for access. The acreage on the south side of that same access road also has plenty of residential potential for multiple homes, too. The transmission line cutting through the western side provides a natural corridor and food plot for wildlife, so that's an added plus. The eastern tract has frontage and access on Dalton Drive, and there's a sewer line with manhole already at the property. The southernmost block could be developed or may appeal to an adjoining landowner. The area directly behind the county fire training facility may be best suited for commercial or industrial use if zoning permits. Prentiss County School District Electricity is available with Prentiss County EPA, city water, gas, & sewer are available, and fiber internet is in the area, too. Parcel: 060123-11-06500 and 060123-11-05200 Annual Taxes: $783 |
